We charge your credit card after we verify if all order information is correct. Your credit card information will not be kept "on File" unless you call us to do so. We do not send an invoice or a receipt unless you request us to do so. All receipts or invioces will be send via fax or e mail only.
Containers
Since containers frequently go in and out of production, all containers shown on our website may be substituted without notice.
Arrangements
We reserve the right to change compositions of colors and types flowers shown in the pictures of all mixed arrangements. We will always pick flowers that are in the peak sweason to give you the best show for the money. Fillers and greenery will also be subject to seasonal influences and can be changed with with every arrangement.
Holiday Pricing
All arrangements on this website are priced for same or next day delivery .
Prices during holiday periods may vary. These holidays are Valentines day,
Mothers day and Christmas. We will not honor any orders that are not correctly
priced for the holiday.
Major holidays
Delivery times on major holydays may vary . We reserve the right to deliver all arrangements within a reasonable time frame. When first deliveries cannot be made due to client error or clients not home when we arrive, the order will be delivered as soon as possible, but this might be after the holiday.

Substitutions and Refunds.
We do not give refunds. When product is not available or the quality is not desirable we will substitue product of equal or higher value. We might not be able to contact sender due to time restrictions.
Complaints
All complaints must be received within 48 hours of delivery. You will need to keep the product available for inspection and pick up.
Re-Deliveries
If information given by the customer is incorrect and we need to redeliver the arrangemnent a new delivery charge will be charged. If an arrangement is undeliverable a 50 % restocking fee will be charged.
Orders will not be delivered until payment has been successfully processed.
Coupons
All coupons are only valid untill with the printdate of the newspaper or magazine. With weekly or monthly publications it will be valid for only that month.
Delivery fees.
All prices on our website are excluding delivery fees and applicable taxes.
Incorrect delivery information
When you (client or sender) provide an incorrect or incomplete address, recipient telephone number or any other incorrect delivery information we will not guarantee proper delivery. We must have a recipient telephone number to ensure proper and timely delivery. If nobody is home the arrangement will either be left if possible, or it will be set up for another delivery and a new delivery charge will be assessed. Orders with incorrect or missing delivery information can not be credited or replaced if a problem with the requested delivery occurs.
